I represent both tenants and landlords, with a focus on site selection, retail and office leasing and sales, and land transactions, with particular expertise in NNN deals. Leveraging my background in lease structuring and portfolio management, I work to create strategic value for my clients. Based in Tallahassee, I have a strong pulse on the local market while also actively working in the Tampa and Orlando areas.
